3.1 General rights

In this case, we collect the personal data you provide, such as your email address and, where applicable, your name and phone number. The purpose of processing this data is to handle your inquiry. The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 Para. 1(b) GDPR for pre-contractual and contractual matters, as well as our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiries (Art. 6 Para. 1(f) GDPR). The data will be deleted after your inquiry has been processed unless legal retention periods prevent this.

6 Applications

You can apply to our company electronically via email. Unencrypted emails are not transmitted securely. Your personal data will be treated confidentially and will only be used to process your application. The data will be deleted after the completion of the application process, but no later than six months afterward, unless you have given us consent to retain it for a longer period or a contract has been concluded. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1(a), (b) and (f) GDPR, as well as section 26 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymization is activated on this site, Google will truncate your IP address beforehand within member states of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
